In Black Ops 6 Ranked Play, both the Cypher 091 and PPSh-41 were restricted shortly after a one-week evaluation; the Cypher is not a legal Ranked “buy.” Activision’s Season 2 patch notes say the weapons were initially tested in Ranked, then list both as restricted. Current meta rankings for general multiplayer do not establish Ranked legality or prove the claim about K/D or money.
